Greenwich was an action-packed town with lots of museums and one of the main attractions was the Royal Observatory. To see the Royal Observatory we had to walk up a long trail, and even though it was lots of work, we had a great view when we got to the top.
The Royal Observatory is also home to the Prime Meridian. It is where East meets West. Just as the Equator is the line between the Northern and Southern Hemisphere, the Prime Meridian is the line that divides the Eastern and Western Hemisphere. As you can see in the picture below I was standing on 0 degrees.
